The motion control module belongs to the Omron CS1 series high-performance I/O unit, which adopts analog output and semi closed loop control mode, and can control up to 4-axis servo drive.
Built in G language programming, supports multitasking function, and each axis can independently run independent programs to achieve linear interpolation, arc interpolation, and spiral interpolation.
From the CPU unit issuing the startup command to the module response, it takes about 8ms for 2-axis and about 12ms for 4-axis. The encoder response frequency reaches 4 times 2Mpps, which is suitable for high-speed and high-precision servo motors.
Supports synchronous control functions such as electronic gears, electronic camshafts, and virtual axes. When positioning is completed or passes through a designated position, it can output a D code interrupt to the CPU to achieve high-speed interlocking.
