These economical mini PLCs can be provided in different forms according to the number of I/O points embedded in the base, and have a series of functions designed to meet different requirements. The Micro800 series shares a programming environment, accessories, and plug-ins that allow machine manufacturers to personalize controllers to achieve specific functions. Mini 810 ™ As an intelligent relay with high current relay output, the controller has the programming ability of micro PLC. The overall dimension of the Micro810 controller is 12 points. Mini 820 ™ The controller is specially designed for small stand-alone and remote automation projects. It has embedded Ethernet and serial ports as well as microSD ™ Slot for data logging and recipe management. These controllers have a 20 point shape and can accommodate up to two plug-in modules. It also supports the Micro800 remote LCD (2080-REMLCD) module, which makes it easier to configure IP address and other settings, and has a simple IP65 text display function. Several Micro830 and Micro850 controllers support basic positioning via an embedded pulse train output (PTO). These controllers also allow you to configure up to six high-speed counters (HSCs) and select from nine HSC operating modes. All Micro830 and Micro850 directories support HSC, except 2080 LCxx xxAWB. PTO is only supported on Micro830 and Micro850 catalog numbers ending in BB or VB.
