If dragging, the cursor turns into a forbidden sign in the browse tree pane. 13.1.1 To paste parameter values Before you can paste you must have copied the parameters into the clipboard. In the browse tree pane, click with the right mouse button the drive or the open parameter file (or a sub-branch within it) and then select the Paste command from the context menu. or Or, if you are more accustomed to use toolbars or normal menus, select (click) the drive or the open parameter file (or a sub-branch within it) and then either click the paste button in standard toolbar or select the Paste command from the Edit menu. or You can also use the normal Windows paste shortcut key Ctrl+V. 13.1.2 To drop parameter values To be able to copy parameter values by dropping, you must be dragging them from a valid dragging source, i.e., items in an item set or perhaps in an external application like Word.
