Note: Contactors or other equipment often disconnect and reconnect the AC line to the drive to start and stop the motor, which may cause damage to the drive hardware. The driver is designed to use control input signals for starting and stopping the motor. If the input device is used, the operation shall not exceed one cycle per minute, otherwise the drive will be damaged. Reconnect the motor to the active drive
Excessive current may be generated (by closing the contactor) that may cause the driver to fail. If any of these conditions is determined to be undesirable or unsafe, the auxiliary contact on the output contactor shall be connected to the drive digital input programmed as ì Enable. The contactor can be disconnected under load without damaging the drive.
