Motor nameplate
RPM defines the rated speed when operating at the motor nameplate reference frequency, rated current, reference voltage and rated temperature. This is used to calculate slip. [Motor NP power] The motor nameplate power is used together with other nameplate values to calculate the default values of motor parameters, so as to facilitate the commissioning process. This may be entered in horsepower or kilowatt units, as selected in the previous parameter, or in kilowatt units (for some catalog numbers), or in horsepower units (for other catalog numbers). [Motor NP power unit] The rated power of the motor can be input in horsepower or kilowatt. This parameter determines the units for the following parameters.
