Property Warning - Battery Charging To prevent damage to the control system using the alternator or battery charging device, make sure the charging device is turned off before disconnecting the battery from the system. WARNING - The ESD electronic control unit contains static sensitive components. Observe the following precautions to prevent damage to these parts. • Discharge body static electricity before handling the control device (turn off the power supply of the control device, contact the grounding surface, and maintain contact while handling the control). • Avoid all plastics, vinyl and foam polystyrene (except anti-static type) around the printed circuit board. • Do not touch the components or conductors on the printed circuit board with hands or conductive devices.
