Identify test error warnings
Armature identification or magnetic field identification test failed. (This bit is also set when the parser balance calibration test fails or produces unexpected results.) 6 Field power module overcurrent warning (bit 6) The field current feedback value of the field power module is greater than 1.5 times the thermal field current parameter within one second. This may cause errors during field ID testing or when the field is turned on. These errors may be caused by incorrect wiring between the L1 and L3 AC input lines and the field power module. 7 Fan loss warning (bit 12) Fan loss is detected by the airflow switch in the PMI power module. In general, the application task should stop the drive in a reasonably short time to prevent damage to the device. Check whether the fan is running and whether the air passage is clean. 4.3 Component replacement The SD3100 power module adopts a modular design, which can quickly and easily replace components. Provide spare parts package for armature power structure components. Repair the regulator assembly by replacing damaged modules in the rack or by replacing the entire rack.
