Troubleshooting
Diagnostic LED indicators for all input and output functions and all supply voltages. Troubleshoot test points for all voltage and output functions. The circuit board adopts heavy quick disconnect device, which is convenient for field replacement without any hard wiring. The console and power supply only use two plug-in printed circuit boards in total. There are no separate terminal strips or remote mounted components. The simple design only uses 2 circuit boards. The terminal plugs of all external wiring allow quick replacement service without complicated wire removal. The cast steel console enclosure provides the durability required for the workshop environment. It can be easily installed in any position of the welding machine.
