If any part of the system is damaged, please inform the carrier immediately. Damaged shipping containers shall be kept as evidence for inspection by the carrier. As the consignee, you are responsible for making a claim against the carrier for the damage occurred during the shipment. However, if necessary, GE Intelligent Platform will fully cooperate with you. After disassembling the RX3i device, record all serial numbers. If you need to contact customer service during the warranty period, you need to provide the serial number. If any part of the transportation or shipping system is required, all shipping containers and all packaging materials shall be preserved. Verify that all components of the system have been received and that they are consistent with your order. If the received system is inconsistent with your order, please contact the customer service department.
Installation position
This product is used in RX3i system. Its components are considered as open equipment (with live electrical components accessible to users) and must be installed in the final enclosure manufactured to provide safety. The enclosure shall at least provide a degree of protection against solid objects as small as 12 mm (such as fingers). This is equivalent to NEMA/UL Type 1 enclosure or IEC60529 IP20 grade, providing at least Grade 2 pollution environment. For details on installing an RX3i rack system, see GFK 2314.
