    Step by step guide for scale installation design

    The following procedure defines the main considerations involved in designing the load cell installation. 1. Check the load cell data to meet the environmental requirements. 2. In the measuring direction of the load cell, try to achieve a tension of not less than 10% of the web material! b. Check the load cell data to ensure that the building height, lateral and axial force limits are not exceeded. 4. Design the underframe and/or adapter plate.

    Installation requirements

    In order to achieve the specified accuracy, optimal reliability and long-term stability, load cells shall be installed according to the following requirements. Figure E-1.
