Step by step guide for scale installation design
The following procedure defines the main considerations involved in designing the load cell installation. 1. Check the load cell data to meet the environmental requirements. 2. In the measuring direction of the load cell, try to achieve a tension of not less than 10% of the web material! b. Select the size of the load cell so that its load is as close to its nominal load as possible! Installation requirements
In order to achieve the specified accuracy, optimal reliability and long-term stability, load cells shall be installed according to the following requirements. Figure E-1.
