故障症状和措施一般备注：

Fault symptoms and measures General remarks:
If the free (unshielded) cable length exceeds 0.1 m (4 in.), each pair of power and signal conductors must be twisted. A free length of more than 0.1 m will result in unstable zero points or incorrect absolute measurements. Table 6-1 Fault Symptoms and Measuring Fault Symptoms Measuring Noise Signal - Check whether the cable shield is grounded according to the cable diagram- Proximity to noisy cables can cause interference problems. Unstable zero point - check that both ends of the cable shield are not connected- Check whether the cables between the load cell and the electronic equipment have diagonal pairs, one for the signal circuit and the other for the excitation circuit, as shown in Figure 2-2- If a junction box is installed, check that the load cell signal and load cell excitation between the junction box and the electronic equipment are routed in separate cables- If two or more IP 20 devices are installed close to each other in the same cabinet, check whether they are synchronized (for cables used to synchronize the device, see the cable diagram and section 2.4.1.3 Synchronization). The display and LED indicators are not lit If the operator panel display is not lit, and the "Power" and "Status" indicators on the operator panel are "Off", check the following: - Check that the cable is correctly connected to the power supply of the electronic device- Check whether the power supply connected to the electronic equipment is correct- Check whether the power switch is "ON" (in the IP 65 version (NEMA 4) enclosure - if the power supply SD 82x is used as the power supply of the 20 version (unsealed), check whether the power supply voltage selector switch on the SD 82x is set to the correct position (115 or 230) corresponding to the connected power supply voltage
No signal when applying load
1. Check whether the cables of electronic equipment are correctly connected. 2. Check whether the connection polarity of the load cell is correct. Otherwise, the load cell signals cancel each other. This is displayed on the operator panel as follows: a. Sum signal (a+B) is low B. Difference signal (a-B) is high c When a force is applied in the middle of the roll, the output signal of a single load cell has the opposite sign (polarity). To check the polarity of the load cell signal, see Section 3.9 Checking the Load Cell Signal Polarity. For information on connecting load cells to provide a positive signal to increase web tension, see the cable diagram for the type of load cell installed. 3.
