Installation, operation or maintenance
The intended user of the DSSR122 terminal unit should read this instruction before performing any installation, operation, and maintenance procedures. Installation requires engineers or technicians with experience in handling electronic circuits. The personnel using the NTDI02 terminal device shall have experience in using AC/DC power supply and understand the precautions to be taken. You also need to understand the symphony system and electronic principles. Description NTDI02 terminal unit is a 7 × 7-inch square printed circuit board. The circuit board contains: • two fuses. • 16 programmable inclination measurements. • 16 user configurable jumpers. • Four terminal blocks. • One cable socket. • Two power Faston connectors. • A system common Faston connector.

Harmony terminal units are installed in standard ABB enclosures (P-ME-CAB). NFTP01 field terminal panel is used for terminal device installation. The panel is attached to the side rails in the EIA standard 19 inch chassis. Description This description includes the following parts: Introduction Provides an overview of NTDI02 terminal devices. Installation instructions physical installation, wiring and cable requirements, fuse requirements, DIP settings, jumper settings, and terminal unit operation. Maintenance includes a maintenance plan. Repair and replacement describes how to replace the terminal unit. DIP Diverter and Jumper Setup provides a detailed diagram of the DIP Diverter and Jumper setup for a specific module.
