Digital I/O terminal unit
It is a Harmony rack I/O device and a part of Symphony enterprise management and control system. It provides a signal path for up to 16 input signals for the following I/O modules. The controller uses these inputs to monitor and control the process. • Analog output module (IMASO11). • Digital input modules (IMDSI13, IMDSI14 and IMDSI22). • Pulse input module (IMDSM04). • Digital output module. • Frequency counter module (IMFCS01). Figure 1-1 shows the Harmony rack I/O architecture. The Harmony Area Controller and Harmony Rack Controller can use rack I/O modules and terminal units for I/O interfaces.
