可以实现外部电源及内部电源供电两种方式,当外部电源断电后内置的电池可以提供供电,以免出现故障。
电机驱动系统:主要为机械部件通过步进电机的移动完成注射器的移动。
压力检测系统:压力检测系统负责通过传感器检测流量等常态或故障信号,从而反馈回控制系统,进行进一步的响应。
1B30035H01模块卡件自动报警系统:包含注射脱落、管道堵塞、供电是否正常等等的问题报警。系统供电说明:AC/DC电源输出15V电压,分别给电池充电电路、步进电机和电压转换芯片供电,通过稳压和电源转换模块转换成12V、5V、3.3V、1.8V电压分别给功放电路、编码器以及CPU进行供电。
工作过程:接通交流电源,在无交流电源情况下由内置电池供电。系统上电时,液晶显示屏、步进电机、步进电机控制器通过主板CPU的初始化后进入正常工作。当人按键操作显示屏按钮,显示屏将信号反馈给主板CPU ,CPU将接受的指令内部处理,然后将处理后的信号传给步进电机控制器,通过驱动信号去控制电机的推进速度,电机将转轴信息传给编码器,编码器将接受的反馈信号传给电机,并且同时将信号传给CPU、步进电机控制器,实现控制、编码、显示等一系列闭环控制的过程。常需要满足隔离耐压3000VAC,防护等级2个MOOP的要求,但是很多严格要求的场合也会提出要求满足2个MOPP的隔离防护等级。主要装置和设备由反应、分离、吸收、换热和化学处理等部分组成。主要设备有:一、二级分离装置、过滤、增压装置、换热器、脱水器、膨胀器、加热炉、烃构化反应器等。装置主要配套设施有:产品罐、吸收塔、凉水塔、循环冷却水泵及其它公用工程、控制和运输配套设施等料气(本厂主要使用C4裂解气),常温下为气态,要分离提取得到液态和100%高纯度的C4混合物必须将气态的原料通过压缩机压缩为高温液态再经过冷却才能达到分离提纯的条件。直接6kV输入、6kV输出,接线简单、控制灵活。

5. System advantages
