通过X20PLC的标准以太网接口，可以被远程的任何一台PC相连接，即可实现远程的Web访问。客户使用PC上的浏览器，如IE,火狐等均可浏览存储于PLC上的页面，该页面同样包含了预先设定的本地PLC变量。空气压缩机是一种将电能转变为空气压力能的能量转换装置。它产生的压缩空气提供给各种风动工具和设备动力，为矿井生产建设服务。其运行性能的好坏直接影响煤矿的生产效率和安全。
5X00622G01称重模块本项目以某煤矿的2台空气压缩机为控制对象，基于南大傲拓NA400PLC和组态王软件的监控系统设计。系统由PLC柜、手操柜、空压机辅助系统、励磁柜 、高压柜 、机旁柜 、及辅助电机等设备组成 。正常工作流程是一台压缩机运行，另一台备用，当运行单元有故障时或输出气体压力不足时 ，起动备用单元。本系统采用南大傲拓公司推出的 NA400 中型 PLC 作为控制器连接现场设备，如油泵 、卸压阀等 ，其他部分设备则直接通过相应 的 I／0单元模块与 PLC连接 。上位监控层设有一台工控机 ，通过以太网通讯方式和现场PLC连接 ，利用组态王软件 Kingview6.53对设备进行组态 ，操作人员可以实时对生产设备状态进行监控。上位机利用组态软件编制相应的程序，实现对工艺流程图和测量数据的显示，通过上位机由人工选定其操作的方式即自动手动、自动集控、手动操作。
自动手动就是利用鼠标起动\停止单个的可控设备；
手动操场利用现场操作台上的按钮起动\停止单个的可控设备；
自动操作就是整个控制系统从起动、运行、停止及运行过程中的故障报警、保护停机等整个过程的自动运行及在线监视。
1、 NA400PLC软件设计
程序控制系统的软件设计采用梯形图，并采取了模块化的设计方式，把整个控制系统所需要完成的功能分成若干模块，然后分别进行设计，这样做的优点是设计方便，便于修改程序，使得程序条理清晰。

2、组态王软件设计
组态王软件包由TOUCHEXPLORER、TOUCHVIEW、DDE服务程序等主要部分组成，分别负责系统工程的建立、操作画面的制作，操作画面的运行，以及系统中NAPLC和组态王之间的数据通讯。
