6、系统亮点
该系统所采用的三相交流电及漏电监测模块UN 231-0BH22-0XA0是一大亮点，该模块通过交流互感器能够实现对交流电信息的采集，配合CPU的运算和控制，可以实现过压、欠压、过载、短路、漏电、三相不平衡保护等功能；能够对电网绝缘电阻进行监测；具有零序电压和零序电流采集功能。该产品是UN200PLC的一个扩展模块系统中主要的控制核心为我公司已经取得煤安防爆资格的煤矿用带式输送机保护控制箱，12条皮带每台皮带用1台控制箱控制，共12台控制箱，每个控制箱均能实现急停保护、超温保护、欠速打滑保护、烟雾保护、跑偏保护、堆煤保护、张紧力保护功能，可实现就地操作以及远程控制。同时整条皮带运输线可实现逆煤流启动，顺煤流停止功能，当去煤方向的皮带出现保护停机时可实现来煤方向的所有皮带闭锁停机，有效防止了堆煤现象发生，提高了生产效率。本项目中为了实现12个控制箱的S7-1200CPU的闭锁通信及数据交换，还选用了1台S7-300系列的CPU 315-2PN/DP作为数据服务器，通过井下环形以太网与12台S7-1200组成控制网络；S7-300的PUT/GET指令为S7通信，组态为主动连接，通信指令将每台S7-1200 CPU的数据进行处理分配
