5X00226G02隔离模块,作为供电系统的总开关、分支开关,或作为矿用隔爆型移动变电站用馈电开关(打开后盖板与移动变电站对接),也可作为大容量电动机不频繁起动之用。具有过载、短路、欠压、漏电保护(选择性漏电保护)及漏电闭锁等功能。产品可应用在矿用隔爆型真空馈电开关等煤矿安全用电监测系统中。该系统由一套UniMAT PLC 文本屏构成的控制系统和真空断路器构成的执行系统构成。如图所示。其中CPU进行一些逻辑控制,矿用模块主要是采集AC电压、电流和漏电电阻等信号,从而实现系统监测监控并完成漏电闭锁、过载、短路、断相、欠压和过压等保护功能,具有智能化程度高、性能稳定、动作可靠等优点。系统主要是要保证漏电保护动作时间小于50ms和短路保护动作的时间小于100ms,所以要保证CPU的采集处理运行速度很快,UniMAT PLC采用高频微处理器,指令处理速度比普通PLC提升3-10倍,采用UniMAT UN200 PLC的采集与控制周期时间是12ms,加上外围的设备时间30ms,共42ms,达到了设备的标准要求。采用文本显示屏,配合UniMAT UN200系列小型PLC,实现对馈电开关的工作状态、参数和故障类型显示和记忆,并可对具体参数进行修改调整,友好的用户界面,具有良好的人机对话功能,可大大提高判断故障和排除故障的效率。
所有模拟信号全部处理为数字信号,具有抗干扰能力强、接线简洁、信息量大、控制可靠准确等特点。
