用塞尺检测点2出动、静铁芯间隙A（0.33mm-0.35mm）（0.33mm塞尺通过，0.36mm塞尺不通过）（如检测点示意图）,若不符合要求，松开螺母Ⅳ，微调螺栓Ⅲ（太大，顺时针拧紧螺栓Ⅲ；太小，逆时针松开螺栓Ⅲ）使动静盘间隙满足要求，锁紧螺母Ⅳ（如调整示意图）。
c)用塞尺复检动静盘间隙，反复调整至满足要求为止，并保证间隙均匀。
d)用塞尺检测点3、点4处动静盘间隙偏差≤0.1mm。
1.2 手动松闸调整
CI801通讯模块a) 推动手柄，检查手柄左、右摆动自由行程为18-28mm，若不符合要求，松开螺钉M5X10和垫圈5；拧下螺母M10（两件，靠外侧）和垫圈10，再卸下调整杠杆和复位簧；调整螺母M10（紧贴手柄）（太大，顺时针拧紧螺母M10；太小，逆时针松开螺母M10），满足手柄左右摆动自由行程的要求。
b) 装上复位簧与调整杠杆，用螺母M10涂上可赛新1243螺纹胶连同垫圈10将调整杠杆固定于件推拉杆上，在螺钉M5X10对应螺孔涂上可赛新1243螺纹胶，用螺钉M5X20连同垫圈5将调整杠杆紧固。再将螺母M10涂上可赛新1243螺纹胶锁紧。
1.3 制动器噪音调整
a) 用扳手（10mm）拧松螺母M6，用内六角扳手（3mm）顺时针拧紧螺栓M6，大约拧过角度为60°。
b) 用相同的方法调整其他的3个螺栓。
c) 复检制动器的运行噪音，如还是不符合要求，重复以上步骤。
d) 保证制动器的启动电压不超额定电压的80%。
e) 用扳手（10mm）锁紧螺母M6，在螺栓和螺母处用红漆封固。
1.4 制动器微动开关的调整
a)用扳手（7mm）拧松锁紧螺母M4和螺栓M4X50。
b) 涂适量乐泰271在螺栓上。
