运行中的电机
CHH100系列高压变频器具有内置PID功能，操作灵活。控制连接可采取多种模式，包括线连模式和通信模式。根据项目现场的实际情况，选择了线连模式；变频器通过操作柱远程控制；系统的闭环和开环运行可以通过控制面板来选择。变频器控制界面和远程操作柱请见下图：

根据现场泵的特性和用户的用水量的变化，结合CHH100系列高压变频器的功能特性，现场变频器的PID相关参数设置如下：
5.节能效果
变频器于2010年4月5日安装完毕。按照现场生产要求，于4月8日对变频器进行了试车并投入使用，4月11日 - 4月13日对水泵进行了电力节能测试。测试数据如下：
1) 1#供水站水泵：
根据电表的实际读数和两天内的电网频率和可变频率模式下的耗电量，可以计算出该系统的节能情况。变频改造后，1#供水站的综合节能情况是：
每天节约电量 = 11160 - 8400 kWH = 2760 kWH
节电率= （11160 - 8400）/21720 ×100% = 24.73%功率因数增加：当原始电机直接以电网频率运行时，满载的功率因数约为0.84。而变频系统，在电源侧的功率因数可提高到0.95，并且能够满足在没有无功功率补偿装置情况下的电网要求。这进一步节约了上游设备的运行成本。
2)系统节能效果显著：变频器改进后，在满足用户要求的前提下，可设置一定的压力来降低电机的耗电量。根据实际测试，泵站水泵的节电率达到24％以上。
3)设备操作简单：变频器改进并设置压力后，操作简单灵活，并能避免水泵的反复启停。减少了对马达和泵的影响，并且可以远程监控。
